石膏基干混砂浆的合作

国内首创的免煅烧石膏产品在济南诞生

2008年11月，山东丞华企业集团下属企业——济南高新区工业废石膏研发中心自行研发的“免煅烧石膏产品”——干混砂浆，在山东丞华建材科技有限公司进行了中试生产，09年4月10万吨干混砂浆生产线投产，并应用于山东、河北的客户，该技术已经申报国家专利。丞华集团成为国内首家在免煅烧副产石膏综合利用领域获得突破性进展的企业。

对于电厂、化工企业的副产物——脱硫石膏，传统的生产工艺是将二水脱硫石膏进行煅烧，再添加各类辅材及外加剂，制作各类脱硫石膏制品。“免煅烧脱硫石膏干粉砂浆技术”去除了传统生产工艺中的煅烧环节，直接利用二水脱硫石膏制备干粉砂浆，使生产工艺简化，生产成本大幅度降低。

目前山东丞华企业集团正面向全国诚招合作伙伴。
